Quick Setup and Web Site Integration

  1. Seamless Integration Into Your Web Site
    Our system can easily and quickly be integrated into your site – no need to install any special software or change your web site’s hosting package – we simply give you the code you insert on the page you want the reservation / availability system to be viewed from.
  2. Custom Colour and Header Setup
    As part of our one-time setup fee we will setup your reservation system’s look by integrating your company’s name and contact information and specific colours into the header and footer files of the availability/booking system.
  3. Fees Involved  
    We charge both a one-time setup fee to cover the setup time and customization of the unique look of your plus a yearly fee to keep the system up-to-date and also add new administrative options and features to the system. We backup the system on a regular basis and also host your online availability/booking pages on our secure server that is using a 128-bit secure encryption certificate. We don’t charge any booking commissions fees – just the one-time and yearly fee.

Online Booking Payment Options

  1. Accept payment in different currencies 
    Our online booking system can accept payments in whatever currency you choose – therefore no problem to use this system in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, UK, anywhere…
  2. PayPal Integration
    Automatically collect either full payments or deposits through PayPal which includes all standard credit cards like VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Online Cheques and direct PayPal account payments.
  3. Offline Credit Card Processing
    Already have an offline merchant account through your bank? We have the perfect and very secure way to collect the client’s credit card details via using our secure 128 bit certificate – each credit card information is split up into two parts therefore keeping it 100% secure via our process – then once you have the client’s credit card details just run it like a telephone order. No need to have a separate online merchant account or additional expenses of accepting online payments. Our system can easily be adapted to any credit card you accept as form of payment.

Some of the Administration Options

  1. Modifying Room Availability
    We’ve developed a very easy way to accept both online bookings and also keep your system current if someone books via phone, email or in person. Simply login to the administrative interface and choose the date range and choose either the booked or pending option. Similar to cancellations, simply delete or choose cancel for the specific date that is being cancelled. Plus if your facility is closed simply change that specific date range to booked so nobody can book the dates you are closed on.
  2. Calendar Viewing Options
    Easily offer online availability and booking via our reservation system that allows visitors to your web site to see the specific date’s availability and book and pay for the reservation all online without having to call or email you first. We’ve also made our system automatically hide any previously passed dates therefore visitors to your site can’t go back to see availability statuses from days passed. The system also allow people to book in advance via months and years – therefore somebody can book a year in advance for example.
  3. Modifying Room Descriptions, Rates, Deposit Amounts and more…
    Easily change rates per day, week, month, year etc. – therefore you can have a higher rate for high season and a lower rate for the off season etc. Also control specific deposit rates either by a percentage of the complete reservation rate or a dollar amount you enter. Offer special deals and more via the room description field you can easily change and highlight any information like “no pets, deposit amount, cancellation policies etc.”
